The Associate Level Course is an intensive 9-day course for individuals holding a bachelor‘s degree. It is the foundation-level course in the Orton-Gillingham approach, enabling instruction with better understanding of the structure of language and multi-sensory teaching. The course comprises an in-depth introduction to phonology, structure of English, characteristics of dyslexia, multi-sensory teaching, assessment tools, grammar and written expression.  Event Price: $1250.00. $500 deposit due by April 30. Greengate School holds a summer camp each year for children from 1st through 5th grades.

UPDATE 4/25/11: 2011 SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. 

The four-week-long camp works to strengthen language, math, art, and study skills for children with reading difficulties. The reading tutorials are conducted by specialists trained in the instruction of children who struggle in reading, spelling and writing. Half-day and full-day programs are offered.  $500 deposit due at time of registration.  See "Details" below for more information.
